POTTY TRAINING THE DOG

So we have a new puppy. She's been such a good little girl, but she still needs help remembering to go outside to poo. I've been very diligent about taking her and she's done extremely well when reminded.

However, I learned a very valuable and smelly lesson today...

If the baby poo's in ther diaper, the puppy figures she can poop on the floor right next to her.

Noted.

-> Keep baby's butt clean. Will do.

A HOT DOG IS A HOTDOG IS A HOT-DOG!

It doesn't matter how you slice, dice, cut, or otherwise serve whole, a hot dog is a hot-dog! Why does the shape of the "meat" matter to my kids? I have no idea why I can't serve a whole hot dog to everyone. One wants it sliced, the other wants it cubed and another wants it whole on a bun (not a slice of bread, but an authentic hot dog bun).

Does the flavor change when you pierce the skin? Are flavor chemicals released during chopping that are still present when the wiener is in full form?

I don't know because I don't eat that crap, but, what I do know is that I am spending my time today customizing the shape of weenie pieces.

So glad I went to college for this!

I FELL OFF THE FACE OF THE EARTH... WELL, NOT REALLY

I've pretty much been MIA since Christmas. Things have been very hectic here and I'm trying to get a grip on it all. I'm still working on it, so I may be in and out for a couple more days.

In the meantime, please know that I love all my readers and I am so very thankful for you! I am hoping to bring you all something very wonderful in the next couple of weeks. It's a secret, so you'll have to try and be patient!

HOT PINK & CHOCOLATE!

This blog is about the two biggest parts of my life - hot pink (I have 4 girls), and chocolate (code name for any type of sanity saver). I'm a veteran red-headed mommy of four red-headed girls. The five of us girls are known as "The Redhots" locally. We call my oldest Tooter, guess why. Then there's Princess Supa-fly (my in-home fashion consultant), Pee Pie, and Shorty. Together, they are a force to be reckoned with... an indoor tornado to be exact. And then there's my husband, dear sweet Husker Muffin (he loves the Nebraska Huskers).
